Christmas delivery deadlines

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by the following dates:

• USA: 11 December

• Canada: 9 December

• Europe: 12 December

• UK: 21 December for unframed prints; 13 December for framed prints

• Australia and New Zealand: 1 December

Please note: these are delivery estimates and may be affected by carrier delays during the festive season.

Is AI used in your artwork?

No. Every artwork on this website is created by Steve Ash, a professional illustrator with over 30 years of experience.

Each design is created using professional illustration techniques and supplied in high resolution, ensuring crisp detail, rich colour and excellent print quality at every size. When you buy from this store, you are buying original, human-made artwork created with care and experience.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are produced and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Framed prints are made to order and usually take 5–7 working days to fulfil before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times after fulfilment:

• UK: 1–3 working days

• UK express delivery: 1–3 working days, including fulfilment

• Europe: 1–2 weeks

• USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 1–2 weeks

We have print facilities in the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA to help keep delivery times as quick as possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, with print facilities in the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia.

For some remote locations, an additional delivery charge may be applied by the postal service.

How much is shipping?

UK delivery is FREE on all orders, and all prints are sent with tracking.

UK express delivery is also available at checkout for customers who need their order sooner.

International shipping is a flat rate of £6.95 per order.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All prints and framed posters are sent with tracking.

Can I return my order?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard unframed prints. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days.

Framed prints and personalised posters are made to order and cannot normally be returned or exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I will do everything I can to help.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 30 days so that we can resolve the issue.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returned items must be in their original condition; otherwise, a reduction in value may apply.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

I’m always looking for ways to reduce the environmental impact of each order.

• Prints are produced on FSC-certified 230gsm paper.

• Waste paper is recycled wherever possible.

• Unframed prints are sent in cardboard tubes to reduce plastic packaging.

• Our framing partners plant a tree for every framed print sold.

Can you personalise or create a custom design?

Yes. There is a dedicated collection of personalised prints where you can add your own text.
